Gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB erlischt das Widerrufsrecht bei Verträgen über die Bereitstellung digitaler Inhalte, wenn der Unternehmer mit der Ausführung des Vertrags begonnen hat, nachdem der Verbraucher ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat.

According to German law (§ 356 section 5 BGB), the right of withdrawal expires for contracts for digital content if the trader has begun performance after the consumer has given express consent.

Subscription Information

LinkStacka subscriptions are recurring payments for access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Access continues: You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No future charges: You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • Content preserved: Your profiles and content remain accessible within free tier limits.
  • Reactivation: You can resubscribe at any time to restore premium features.

Free Trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Refunds

As digital services are provided immediately upon subscription, refunds are generally not available after your subscription has started. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Account termination for violations: If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial billing periods: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of billing periods.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, your account may be suspended.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment processing on our behalf. For payment-related inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly.
